Bryan Mills and his family are taken... Again.
Not nearly as fun or entertaining as the first. Not bad and still enjoyable though. Too long of a set up. My favorite scene involves Mills' daughter randomly throwing grenades in the middle if Istanbul with no regard for what crowded area they might be going to.

Short Review: Looper
Grade: A+
An assassin who kills people sent to him by the mob from the future is sent his future self... Who escapes.
Great sci-fi movie. Best use of time travel in a while. Amazing story that hooks you right away then takes some great turns throughout.

Glee: the Movie... In college.

Short Review: Dredd
Grade: A-
In a dystopian future where law enforcement acts as judge, jury and executioner a veteran officer teams up with a rookie to take down a gang ruling over a mega-block.
Very fun action/sci-fi movie. Story is actually really good, writing is good for this type of movie. Urban is great as Judge Dredd.

Two police officers in south central Los Angeles accidentally uncover a drug cartel ring after a routine traffic stop.
Great story. Great acting. Writing was a bit rough at times. Don't like the camera work/shooting style. Overall a pretty compelling movie.

Short Review: Resident Evil: Retribution
Grade: C-
Alice fights with a resistance group against the Umbrella Corporation in a massive underground facility.
This is what I wanted Afterlife to be but it is still disappointing. Overly ridiculous at times to the point of being laughable. Unnecessary characters introduced particularly the fake clone daughter.

Enjoyable movie. Not as funny as it could have/should have been. Few superfluous scenes.
